Yesterday during the message I gave at church I referred to The Whale Principle of Leadership: He/she who rises up and spouts off gets harpooned. This principle is the way things work in our world. I was teasing a friend of mine this morning about her having to get up earlier than usual to get her son to church to serve on the technology team. It was all in good fun.
